JUNIOR PROGRAMMERS

Job Responsibilities

• This position requires the candidate to have good to very-good coding skills using, as a foundation, either Visual Foxpro or Visual Basic. The application is a web-based timekeeping, payroll, and human resource information system designed in a 3-tier environment. Highly optimized coding techniques designed for system scalability and processing speed is a must
• Create program based on agreed technical specification
• Code web-based applications using Microsoft technologies in a 3-tier environment
• Assist in the business requirements validation and functional systems design
• Assist in documenting system changes
• Assist in system testing and debugging
• Writes, edits and debugs developing computer programs
• Validate new program modules
• Documents programming codes consistently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer (Engineering / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome but with 1 year working experience in the related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in Visual Basic, Visual Foxpro,mySQL or other programming languages.
• With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have keen attention to details

JUNIOR SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Confirm that system behaves the same as the expected result
• Build 1M scenario of expected result
• Do alpha and regression testing
• Assist in system testing and debugging
• Documents test procedures to ensure replication and compliance with standards
• Submit testing output in agreed format for approval
• Do attendance analysis if needed in the JO or alpha testing
• Assist in system testing and debugging
• Know how to be a Helpdesk and support to client inquiry

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome but with 1 year working experience in the related field is a plus.
• Experience in SQL is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge on Visual Basic, Visual Foxpro, and/or other programming languages
• With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have keen attention to details
• With good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

• Create test scenarios and test cases with expected result based on defined business rules

PAYROLL MASTER

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and organize monthly activities for the team
• Supervises and works with the team to meet client requirements
• Tracks monthly issues and provide resolutions within the team
• Acts as single point of escalation for general queries regarding payroll processing and time management
• Attend mid to high level client meetings
• Identifies opportunity areas, designs new processes for implementation
• Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations; assists coordinate approved changes within payroll processing system; updates affected policy/procedure manuals
• Initiates payroll processing quality assurance reviews; identifies training issues and/or problem prone processes to ensure optimal efficiency and error-free operations
• Audit payroll processing documentation

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree , Banking and Finance/ Accountancy
• At least 2 to 5 years in the related field is required should have accounting background
• Experience of working in a business process operations environment
• Knowledge and experience in operational management methods and techniques
• People management is essential
• Possess technical capability to operate payroll and/or time management systems
• Proficient in Timekeeping/ Payroll processing and income taxation principles
• Proficient in general office applications (MS Office applications) and communication tools
• Keen on details and work systematically

PAYROLL PROCESSOR

Job Responsibilities

• Collect the data to be used for payroll processing from client
• Prepare pre-payroll summary and process payroll
• File payroll processing documentation
• Submit payroll output in agreed format for validation
• Update ePayroll records based on pre-payroll summary
• Rotate thru other departments for cross training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resources, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• 1 year working experience in the related field is a plus
• Keen on details and works systematically
• Work well even under pressure and exudes a positive attitude all the time
• Has very good communication skills
